Days are getting shorter and handcycling trips around the Seawall are getting chillier, but that doesn't mean that you can't improve your fitness. Join us for a great cardio and strength workout at our weekly roller sessions!
Wheelchair racing equipment is available for you to use to participate in the workout and fluid trainers are available for those who wish to handcycle. Your own handcycle is required, though we may have a limited number of loaner handcycles.
A universal gym and medicine ball workout will be available as well for those looking for a strength workout. As space is limited, please contact James or Lisa to secure your training spot and appropriate equipment each week, as it is a first come, first serve basis.
