It’s a busy month for BCWSA with a new tennis program starting in the Fraser Valley, provincial wheelchair rugby team tryouts in the Okanagan and the return of our Vancouver wheelchair athletics programs for the fall.

Universal Gym and Roller Sessions
Date: Every Wednesday, October 3rd – December 5th, 2018
Time: 5:30pm-7pm

Indoor Wheelchair Racing and Seated Throws Program
Date: Every Thursday, October 4th – December 6th, 2018 (**except Oct. 11th)
Time: 1:00pm – 2:30pm
Location: Richmond Olympic Oval (6111 River Road, Richmond BC, V7C 0A2)
Cost: $10 drop in or $40 for all sessions (first time trying the sport is free!)

Fall Athletics Clinic

Wheelchair Tennnis
YY Tennnis Lessons
Join Provincial Wheelchair Tennis Coach Steve Manley for wheelchair tennis lessons at the YY Tennis Centre. Lessons are open to players of all skill levels.

Valley Wheelchair Tennis Have-A-Go Day
Wheelchair tennis arrives in the Fraser Valley! Come on out and try wheelchair tennis for free at our Have-A-Go Day before the weekly program starts up at the end of the month.
Date: Saturday October 13
Time: 12-1:30pm
Location: Great West Fitness and Tennis Club (2550 Yale Court, Abbotsford)
Cost: FREE and Equipment is provided.

Fraser Valley Wheelchair Tennis Program
BCWSA is launching a weekly wheelchair tennis program in Abbotsford on October 27th at Great West Fitness and Tennis Club.
Lessons will be run by Steve Manley – BCWSA’s Provincial Team Coach – alongside a coach from Great West and athlete Barry Henderson.
Registration is $35 and, as always, all equipment will be provided.
Dates: Saturdays October 27-December 8th
Time: 12:00-1:30pm

2018/2018 BC Provincial Wheelchair Rugby Team Selection Camp
