Join the Vancouver Wheelchair Rugby Club Saturdays at the Richmond Olympic Oval. Juniors practice from 10am-12pm and athletes aged 16+ practice from 11am-1pm. New athletes and volunteers are always welcome and equipment is available upon request. Sessions include a mixture of skills, drills, and scrimmages.
