Join BC Wheelchair Sports Association for a week of wheelchair sport August 14th – 18th 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Fraser Heights Recreation Centre in Surrey!
Participants are invited to attend our Junior Wheelchair Sport Camp and learn about wheelchair sport in a fun and inclusive setting! Meet friends, play games, and connect with our coaches! All equipment will be provided and all abilities are welcome. Children are encouraged to bring a friend or family member to participate with them. This camp is open to kids and youth 10 years of age and older, with a Let’s Play day on Friday, August 18th for kids 5 years and older.
We have partnered again this year with Jumpstart and KidSport to provide financial assistance for juniors to attending our junior wheelchair sport camp to help cover registration fees only (for all campers). A room block has been set aside at the Sandman Suites Surrey-Guildford at 10608 151a St, Surrey, British Columbia V3R 1J8 for those coming from outside of the Lower Mainland. Suites contain one king bed + pullout couch at $229+tax/night and will be booked on a first come, first served basis. Please contact Jessica to book rooms.
