Seated Throws are back at the Richmond Olympic Oval following our Winter Break on January 11.

* Please note that more information around COVID-19 protocols will be sent out closer to the first session back as things may change over the holiday break. ** ALL participants must be registered ahead of time with completed waivers/attestations, and have an up-to-date membership.*

Address: Richmond Olympic Oval – 6111 River Rd, Richmond, BC V7C 0A2
Location: Court 8 (to the right of the back of the track; nearest the 100m sprint lane behind the basketball courts)
Coaching: Garrett Collier – Provincial Seated Throws Coach
Time: Mondays and Thursdays from 1:30PM – 3:00PM
Registration: $40 for full Winter Season
Who Can Register: Due to our COVID-19 protocols and Return to Sport Plan, registration is currently limited and only open to existing wheelchair athletics program participants. We will provide an update on opportunities for new members and throwers in the New Year.

Waivers, Declaration of Compliance, and Daily Health Attestation
All participants (athletes, coaches, volunteers) must complete an updated waiver and declaration of compliance prior to participating in BC Wheelchair Sports programming.
An online Daily Health Attestation must also completed before each practice.
