Weekly indoor wheelchair racing and seated throws practices run every Thursday afternoon from 1-2:30pm at the Richmond Olympic Oval. 

Join coaches James and Ana and learn how to push fast and throw far. 

Program Dates: January 19th-March 14th 2019
Cost: $40 for all of the sessions or $10 a session to drop-in. (First time trying the sport is FREE)
