Weekly programs that combine skill development and fun and give athletes of a range of experience levels the opportunity to train, pursue their goals, and connect with peers and coaches. What: Wheelchair Racing: Improve your technique, get faster/stronger and have fun
When: 6;15-7:4pm on Mondays from October 21 to December 9
Who: Practices are open to racers of all skill and experience levels and led by Coach Hustvedt

Fall Seated Throws Program – Richmond
What: Seated Throws: Throw Shot Put, Discus, Javelin and/or Club and work on your strength and technique.
When: Thursdays from 230-3:45pm – October 10- December 12
Who: New and returning participants and volunteers. Open to all skill and experience levels and led by Coach Ross McCallum.

Wheelchair Loan Program
Need a chair? Our Wheelchair Loan Program allows participants to rent a sports for an affordable annual or monthly fee! Financial Assistance is also available for those in need.
The wheelchair loan program includes rugby chairs, tennis chairs, racing chairs and throwing frames.
