• Thomas Venos, Kirsten Sharp and Barry Henderson compete at the 2019 Windsor Classic

BC’s Thomas Venos (Anmore), Kirsten Sharp (Vancouver) and Barry Henderson (Mission) started the summer ITF Tournament season off at the ITF Futures Windsor Classic, June 14-16 at Parkside Tennis Club in Windsor, Ontario

The three athlets posted solid results in a competitive field. Kirsten Sharp was a finalist in Women’s Doubles alongside American Joanna Nieh and Thomas Venos rebounded from a tough first-round loss to win the Men’s Consolation draw, defeating Barry Henderson in the semifinals.
