massive-dev | September 18, 2016
On October 2nd, BCWSA will be trekking to Vancouver Island to host a “Have a Go” day featuring provincial athletes (including 2012 London Paralympic Games athlete Nathan DeWitt) and coaches. The action will run from 1:00 – 3:30. It’s going to be an awesome opportunity to get one-on-one advice at wheelchair racing and seated throws from some of the best in BC. No fee, all you have to do is register with our own Lisa Myers and fill out the waiver attched below.
We will be using this opportunity to identify athletes who may be interested in training towards the 2017 Canada Summer Games wheelchair athletics team. If you are interested in learning more about the 2017 Canada Summer Games or have any questions regarding the Have a Go, please do not hesitate to contact Lisa via phone or email.
Feel free to reach out to her if you have any questions; we can’t wait to meet you!
