massive-dev | January 21, 2020
Following the success of last year’s trial program, we’re launching a weekly wheelchair tennis program at UBC Tennis Centre.
Starting on January 23rd and running through March 12th, the program runs every Thursday from 2:30-4pm and is ideal for beginners new to wheelchair tennis.
Paralympian and BCWSA Provincial Coach Sarah Hunter will be coaching the program and teaching participants all of the basics of wheelchair tennis, alongside UBC Tennis Centre coaches.
Tennis equipment and sport chairs are available to borrow for use in the program upon request, email michelle@bcwheelchairsports.com for more information.
Please note that this is not a drop-in program. Registration is required as space is limited.
