Interested in trying wheelchair racing or seated throws? Looking for a way to keep fit now that the weather is getting cooler? Our weekly provincial practices at the Richmond Olympic Oval are a perfect time to meet our athletes and try the sport yourself! If you’re planning on attending please contact James or Lisa to ensure we have the appropriate equipment and space available for you.

Date: October 6th, 20th, and every Thursday from November 3rd until December 1st
Time: 5:30 – 7:00pm
Location: Richmond Olympic Oval (6111 River Road, Richmond BC, V7C 0A2)
Cost: $10 drop in or $40 for all sessions (first time trying the sport is free!)
