BCWSA Hosts Evening of Celebration

BC Wheelchair Sports honored recently retired Paralympians and departing staff and board members at an Evening of Celebration at the Richmond Olympic Oval.

Paralympians Sarah Hunter, Michelle Stillwell, and Ian Chan were honored for their exceptional athletic achievements representing BCWSA and Team Canada and we said goodbye to longtime Provincial Wheelchair Tennis Coach Steve Manley who is returning to Australia and board member Lia Threlfall who is stepping down after 15 years on the BC Wheelchair Sports board as Director of Marketing and Communications.
